Every Woman Connecticut

Every Woman Connecticut is a collaborative initiative that works with consumers, health care providers, state agencies, professional organizations, and community-based partners. Together they are working to help spark rapid improvements in care for women and men of childbearing age, recognizing that their physical, emotional, and social health are vital to their own wellbeing, as well as that of future generations.

The Every Woman Connecticut Learning Collaborative is based on the One Key Question and IMPLICIT Network Models which are evidence-based practices to improve birth outcomes.
